A process guide, not a promised outcome
A second opinion may confirm the current plan or offer another perspective. TanyaKanker cannot promise any result from this process, and this checklist is not a clinical assessment.
Demo mode: no documents are uploaded and no request is sent. Checklist marks remain on this page only for this session.

- Step 1Next step
Collect your records
- Prepare pathology, molecular, and immunohistochemistry reports, recent imaging, and a treatment summary.
- Mark only the documents you actually have so the reviewer knows what is available.
- Step 2
Request medical-record copies
- Request copies from the medical records department of the facility where you were treated.
- Check that the copies are legible and include the conclusion pages, not only raw results.
- Step 3
Write your main questions
- Define one to three questions you most want answered.
- Include questions whose answers could change a decision already in progress.
- Step 4
Choose a reviewer
- Choose a doctor whose field matches your diagnosis.
- TanyaKanker does not verify, recommend, or guarantee any reviewer.
- Step 5
Send the request
- Include a case summary and a list of documents that are actually available.
- Ask about the expected review time and any cost components.
- Step 6
Follow up
- Record the date sent and who received the records.
- Keep the review result to discuss with your current care team.
Not a diagnosis and not final medical advice. Must be reviewed by a doctor.
