Free preparation tool
Prepare for a cancer consultation, starting with what you know
Answer six questions to draft a records checklist and questions to take to your consultation. No account, no report upload, and no name or phone number required.
This is administrative preparation, not a medical assessment. The tool does not determine a diagnosis, treatment, testing needs or trial eligibility. Clinical decisions remain with your treating doctor.
Start with six simple questions
No name, contact details, login or upload needed. Answers stay on this page. Download the draft to keep a copy on your device before reloading.
Turn answers into conversation notes
- Select the cancer type stated in the report and your conversation goal. If the cancer type is uncertain, select not known.
- Mark whether pathology, imaging, biomarker and treatment history reports are available. A missing report does not mean that a test is required.
- Read the draft, organize existing records and download a copy if you want to keep it. You can use it for a local consultation or a second opinion discussion.
Sample result: a preparation draft, not a medical result
The illustrative example below uses an unknown cancer type, a second opinion goal, available pathology and treatment history, unavailable imaging, and unknown biomarker availability. It uses the same download function as the tool; it is not a patient case or a report reviewed by a doctor.
TanyaKanker — Conversation preparation Self-prepared draft. Reports and answers have not been clinically verified. Cancer type stated in the report: Not known What would you like to prepare?: A second opinion Is a pathology report available?: Available Is the latest imaging report available?: Not available Is a biomarker report available?: Not known Is a treatment history summary available?: Available Organize your existing records 1. Is a pathology report available: keep the existing report and its date together for your appointment. 2. Is the latest imaging report available: tell your care team it is not available; ask whether it is relevant before arranging anything. 3. Is a biomarker report available: check your existing files or ask your care team whether this report already exists. 4. Is a treatment history summary available: keep the existing report and its date together for your appointment. Questions to take to your doctor 1. What is confirmed, and which information is still uncertain? 2. Which existing reports would help our next conversation? 3. Who should review my questions, and what is the next practical step? Missing or unknown reports are things to clarify, not instructions to order tests. Not every report is needed for every situation. This is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or trial-eligibility decision. Local care remains an option; travel is not required. The downloaded file is stored on your device. Review it before sharing; it may contain health-related information. Return to the free preparation tool: https://tanyakanker.id/en/persiapan-konsultasi-kanker
Questions before you start
Is the tool free, and do I need an account?
The six questions and draft download are free. You do not need an account or a report upload to use the tool. Human support is a separate step; ask about service scope and any applicable fees before agreeing to it.
What if I do not know an answer?
Select not known for the cancer type or report availability. The draft records uncertainty so you can clarify it with your care team. It does not guess a diagnosis or tell you to order tests.
Are my answers saved or sent?
Answers stay on this page and are lost when you reload it. Download the draft to keep it on your device. The file may contain health information; review it before sharing. Contacting a navigator does not automatically send your answers or draft.
Does this replace a consultation or second opinion?
No. The result is a self-prepared checklist, not a verified medical record or treatment recommendation. Take relevant questions and reports to your doctor. Local care remains an option; travel is not required.
