Second opinion
Request a review of your treatment plan
A second opinion is not a sign of distrust in your treating doctor. Its purpose is to make sure no important consideration has been missed.
Request a second opinion
Send the context of your case. We will explain which records need to be completed before the review begins.
After submission, a human navigator reviews your request and contacts you through your chosen channel. The WhatsApp message already includes this page context, so you do not need to explain from the beginning.
Clinical data is not requested in the form and is not sent to analytics. Do not send medical reports through WhatsApp or email; use the secure upload page. We do not promise eligibility or any treatment outcome.

When it may be useful
- The diagnosis or tumour type is not fully clear from the pathology report.
- Several options appear reasonable but have different consequences.
- Biomarker results are incomplete or have not been repeated after progression.
- An advanced treatment such as cell therapy or transplantation is being considered.
- You want to assess whether a clinical trial may fit a particular marker.
Records to prepare
- A disease-history summary prepared by the treating doctor.
- The latest pathology report, including histology and grade.
- Molecular test reports, including the method and laboratory.
- The latest imaging results, including the radiology report.
- A record of all previous treatments, dates, and responses.
- A list of medicines currently being taken.

Not a diagnosis and not final medical advice. Must be reviewed by a doctor.
How it works
- 1. You send a request with your medical records.
- 2. The records are checked for completeness and any missing items are identified.
- 3. A relevant reviewing doctor reads the case and provides their considerations.
- 4. You discuss the findings with your treating doctor.
Realistic expectations
A second opinion does not always change the plan. It often supports the current plan or adds a consideration that has not yet been discussed.
Situations often discussed
A second opinion is often requested when treatment stops working or the disease returns. The following guides explain what is usually reviewed in those situations.
